The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Basra University, Prof. Dr. Sabah Mahdi Karim, visited the internal departments and met with their director, Engineer Bilal Fadel Odeh.
The visit aims to find out the most important needs of students within the department and to complete the necessary deficiencies to create appropriate conditions for a successful academic year in Basra.
The field visit also included a meeting with the director of the department and a detailed dialogue about all the requirements and a review of the study and entertainment halls and student rooms within the department.
In turn, the dean mentioned, "Because of the pandemic, some administrative changes and ministerial decisions have occurred in the department. Therefore, we must visit the department and find out their requirements in an attempt by us to meet them according to the regulations to check on the conditions our students are going through at the university and college."
