Department of Education and Sports Science

The Department of Education and Sports Sciences was established in the year (1983) at the University of Basra / College of Education. The department is one of the important departments for graduating a physical education teacher in schools and middle schools. As for the college level in accepting the first section in terms of the number of students and training, where 80 students who represent the first batch  accepted for this year. While the number as a result of the Department of Physical Education became 950 female students to form the first output of an edifice.
