The international captain and former Iraqi national team player, Coach Qahtan Jatheer, and the training staff accompanying him, visited the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra and met with the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed.
The training staff conducted a field tour of the college’s facilities, sports and study halls, and outdoor stadiums, and inspected the main stadium and the arena track and field.
For his part, the dean noted, “We welcome international captain Qahtan Jatheer and the accompanying training staff. We also announce the opening of the doors of our college to athletes with all its facilities and stadiums, in addition to the scientific capabilities possessed by the teachers in the service of visual sports and in an effort to develop and advance it.”
