A doctoral thesis at the University of Basra discusses a Knowledge Management and its relationship to the administrative performance of the administrative bodies of sports clubs participating in the Iraqi handball league.

The thesis presented by the researcher (Caesar Qassem Jaber) and under the supervision of (Prof. Dr. Kazem Habib Abbas) and (Prof. Dr. Qusay Fawzi Khalaf) was manifested in knowing the importance of knowledge management for the administrative bodies of sports clubs in handball, which leads to the development and development of knowledge among administrators and the success of the administrative process and their administrative performance through knowledge management and its relationship to administrative performance.
 
The thesis aims to build and apply a measure of knowledge management for the administrative bodies of sports clubs in the Iraqi handball league, and to build and apply a measure of administrative performance for the administrative bodies of sports clubs in the Iraqi handball league, and to identify the relationship between the measures of knowledge management and administrative performance and its domains for the administrative bodies of sports clubs in the Iraqi handball league. .

The researcher called for the need for administrative bodies to adopt the standards of knowledge management and administrative performance and to adopt them as a regular approach in which the related processes are organized.
