In the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, a Master's thesis defense was held for student Amal Najm Abdullah in the field of Biomechanics.
In the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Professor Dr. Abdul Sattar Jabbar Al-Samad, a Master's thesis defense was held at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Basra. The thesis, submitted by student Amal Najm Abdullah, was titled:
“The Effect of Exercises Using Manufactured Optical Darkening Glasses on Improving Some Biomechanical Variables of the 110-Meter Hurdles Event for Juniors.” The thesis was supervised by Professor Dr. Naheda Hamed Mashkour, and the examining committee included a select group of professors specializing in the field.
The discussion featured a rigorous scientific dialogue between the researcher and the committee members, enriching the cognitive and methodological aspects of the research, before the committee decided to approve the thesis with a grade of “Very Good.” At the conclusion of the session, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs congratulated the student researcher on this scientific achievement, wishing her continued success in her academic career and in serving the scientific community in Iraq.
