In the presence of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed, a doctoral dissertation by student Jalal Abbas Ramadan, entitled:

“Leadership Skills and Their Role in Enhancing the Job Engagement of Specialty Supervisors from the Perspective of Physical Education Teachers in the Southern Region,” was discussed at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Basra.

The dissertation was supervised by Professor Dr. Fouad Abdul Mahdi Mahmoud, and the discussion committee included a select group of professors specializing in the field.

The discussion featured a rigorous academic dialogue between the researcher and the committee members, enriching the research's cognitive and methodological aspects. The committee ultimately approved the dissertation with a grade of “Very Good.”

At the conclusion of the session, the Dean congratulated the student on this academic achievement, wishing him continued success in his academic career and in serving the scientific community in Iraq.
