In the presence of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed, a doctoral dissertation was discussed at the University of Basra, College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. The dissertation, submitted by student Ali Karim Ahmed, was titled: "The Effect of a Counseling-Behavioral Program on Reducing Anxiety and Developing Basic Skills for Under-19 Football Players in the Iraqi League." The dissertation was supervised by Professor Dr. Haider Awda Zghair, and the discussion committee included a select group of specialized professors.

The discussion featured a rigorous academic dialogue between the researcher and the committee members, enriching the cognitive and methodological aspects of the research. The committee ultimately approved the dissertation with a grade of "Very Good."
