In the presence of the Assistant Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, a doctoral dissertation by student Haider Hussein Ali in the field of Sports Management was discussed.

In the presence of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Professor Dr. Abdul Sattar Jabbar Dhamad, a doctoral dissertation by student Haider Hussein Ali, entitled:

“The Art of Match Management for Coaches and its Role in Organizational Trust and Commitment among Handball Players from their Perspective,” was discussed at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Basra. The dissertation was supervised by Professor Dr. Kadhim Habib Abbas and Assistant Professor Dr. Sanaa Ali Ahmed, with the participation of a select group of professors specializing in the field.

The discussion featured a rigorous academic dialogue between the researcher and the committee members, enriching the cognitive and methodological aspects of the research, before the committee decided to approve the dissertation with a grade of “Very Good.” At the end of the session, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs congratulated the student researcher on this scientific achievement, wishing him continued success in his academic career and in serving the scientific movement in Iraq.
