In the presence of the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed, a doctoral dissertation submitted by student Muntaser Nadhir Areej, entitled "The Role of Organizational Immunity in Achieving Organizational Success for Scouting and School Activities Departments from the Perspective of Wood Badge Holders," was discussed at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Basra. The dissertation was supervised by Professor Dr. Aqeel Jarah Sabr and Professor Dr. Riyadh Nouri, and included a distinguished panel of professors specializing in the field.

The discussion featured a rigorous academic dialogue between the researcher and the committee members, enriching the research's cognitive and methodological aspects, before the committee decided to approve the dissertation with a grade of "Very Good." At the end of the session, the Dean of the College congratulated the student researcher on this scientific achievement, wishing him continued success in his academic career and in serving the scientific movement in Iraq.
