The College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra Participates in the First Conference of the Editorial Boards of Scientific Journals

With the participation of the Editor-in-Chief of the Scientific Journal at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Dr. Riyad Abdul Ali Al-Saeed, the first conference of the editorial boards of scientific journals was held at the University of Technology under the theme:

"Advancing Iraqi Journals to Spaces of Excellence."

During the opening of the conference, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, emphasized the importance of increasing the presence of Iraqi university journals in international publications and strengthening their position in global impact indicators.

Dr. Riyad Al-Saeed's participation came at the behest of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed, to discuss ways to develop Iraqi journals and advance them according to international standards.
