The Deanship of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra, represented by Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed and members of the College Council, held a breakfast for the students of the internal departments in the Karma Ali Colleges Complex.
Nearly one hundred students from various colleges of the university, in addition to a number of members of the college council and a number of professors and employees, attended the college club hall.
This initiative also came under the generous patronage of the President of the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Muhannad Jawad Kazem, to activate the role of social solidarity and psychological care for the students of the internal departments.
In turn, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed, confirmed that the experience of our students in the internal departments of being away from home and being separated from their families during the days of the holy month requires moral strengthening and psychological support, and our initiative for tonight is to ease the burden on them and share with them the blessed moments.
