The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra, Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed, received the representative of the Hawk Fitness International Academy in the Middle East, Captain Ali Karim Khadr.
The two parties discussed physical fitness, training and development in this topic, in addition to its role in the lives of young people and its impact on society.
The dean was also briefed on the history and annual program of the academy, along with the possibility of holding a practical and theoretical course in the college for professors and students after the holy month of Ramadan.
The dean stressed the necessity of communicating with sports academies in various fields and sports sciences and supporting them to improve the sports situation in Basra.
