Under the supervision of the Deanship of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra, represented by Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed, the college professors cooperated with the Higher Institute for Security and Administrative Development of the Ministry of Interior, the Rapid Intervention Team, to discuss the high diploma student, Lieutenant Colonel Raad Karim Hammoud.
A committee of college professors was formed, headed by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Qusay Muhammad Ali Zaghir, and the membership of Professor Dr. Sabah Abdullah, Assistant Professor Dr. Hashem Shaker Abdul Karim, Assistant Professor Dr. Kazem Issa Kazem, and Dean of Police, Instructor Dr. Muhammad Jassim Hussein.
For his part, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Haider Awfi Ahmed, emphasized the scientific cooperation between physical education and state institutions and opening the college’s doors to all state institutions, in addition to its cooperation with sports and cultural institutions.
