In implementation of the initiative of His Excellency the honorable Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the direct supervision of the respected President of the University, and in coordination with the Scholarships and Cultural Relations Department, the Postgraduate Affairs Department, the Student Affairs Department, and the Studies and Planning Department, the Information and Communication Technology Center launched the “Study at Basra University” website for foreign students, to attract students and open Prospects of cooperation between our dear university and all countries of the world
