A doctoral thesis in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Basra discussed the impact of integrated marketing communications and its relationship to the mental status of administrative bodies from the viewpoint of the Iraqi Premier League players in football.
The thesis presented by the researcher (Mohammed Malik Selim) and under the supervision of (Prof. Dr. Abdel Halim Jabr Nazzal) was important in that sports marketing in Iraqi sports clubs and institutions through building two important measures, namely (integrated marketing communications in its five areas, which are advertising, personal selling, sales activation and direct marketing). and public relations).

The researcher called for the development and improvement of the sports marketing process in our Iraqi clubs because of its importance in supporting these clubs with the financial aspect that is important to the sustainability of the clubs' work.
